Lauren has completely changed the health and wellness of our family. We’re so grateful! Before I began Crossfit, I had never touched a barbell. I assumed the workout would consist of someone yelling at me about how weak I am. That couldn’t be further from reality! Lauren spent time teaching me proper technique so I wouldn’t hurt myself. She also has this amazing ability to know where every member is and what they are capable of to give everyone the specific instruction and encouragement to improve. And even though the workouts are tough, the community here will keep you coming back. I’ve visited many Crossfit gyms all over the country due to our travel schedule and none compare to the friendliness of our gym!

I had a lot of preconceived notions about CrossFit going in. I only planned to stay for the six week challenge, and then go back to my regular gym. But, I got hooked. I really enjoy the intensity of the workouts, and how rounded my fitness has become. Lauren does a great job of teaching the movements, and coaching you throughout. Lauren has built a great community of members of all abilities who are accepting of absolutely anyone. This gym works well for high performing athletes and beginners.

I was a member of a few other CrossFit gyms in the area and drop in at several gyms across Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma and have found a place I’m proud to call my home gym.
Lauren, Marc, and Jacob (coaches) are passionate about the members and want only the best for them. They are extremely knowledgeable and help each member with their sticking points with suggested progression exercises as well as an open gym to spend more time working on the exercises. In addition to phenomenal programming, they offer members customized nutrition programs and steps to living a more healthy lifestyle.
The community is welcoming and encouraging. The atmosphere provides a fun and a competitive class that’ll push you to be better than yesterday.

Now that you have defined your goals with help from one of our amazing coaches. We will start by taking you through the fundamentals of training and help implement sound habits throughout all areas of your life, allowing you to start on the road to success!

Once you have the basics down, you’ll attend fun but challenging classes while being supported by our team of expert coaches, and surrounded by an amazing community people who are here to help you finally reach your goals!
