I had a lot of preconceived notions about CrossFit going in. I only planned to stay for the six week challenge, and then go back to my regular gym. But, I got hooked. I really enjoy the intensity of the workouts, and how rounded my fitness has become. Lauren does a great job of teaching the movements, and coaching you throughout. Lauren has built a great community of members of all abilities who are accepting of absolutely anyone. This gym works well for high performing athletes and beginners.
